One Piece TCG Ban List April 2026: Pudding Banned, Six Cards Unbanned

  • 4 min reading time

The April 2026 One Piece TCG ban list is here. Charlotte Pudding is banned, six cards including Kingdom Come, Jinbe, and Ice Age are unbanned, and Block 1 rotates out of Standard. Here's everything changing and which decks win and lose.

Last updated: March 17, 2026

TLDR: Effective April 1, 2026, the One Piece TCG ban list gets its biggest overhaul in over a year. Charlotte Pudding (OP06-047) is newly banned, while six previously restricted cards — Jinbe, Kingdom Come, Ice Age, Great Eruption, Moby Dick, and Enies Lobby — are all unbanned. These changes coincide with Block 1 rotating out of Standard format.

If you run a Luffy-based deck, a Yellow control build, or anything touching Black removal, your deck is changing whether you planned for it or not. If you need to restock after the shake-up, Ultima Supply's One Piece TCG collection carries singles, booster boxes, and sealed product updated regularly.

What Changed in the One Piece TCG Ban List April 2026

Bandai's March 2026 announcement confirmed Charlotte Pudding (OP06-047) as the sole newly banned card, while Jinbe, Kingdom Come, Great Eruption, Moby Dick, Enies Lobby, and Ice Age are all unbanned. All changes take effect April 1, 2026.

This is a significant reversal from the 2025 ban wave that stripped Black and Yellow decks of their most powerful tools. Now most of those tools are back — but Pudding is gone.

Why Was Charlotte Pudding Banned?

Pudding is now banned from all decks and is specifically restricted from being paired with the OP11-041 Luffy leader.

Her ability to repeatedly bounce characters to hand while generating free card advantage made her a staple in any deck that could run her. With Black decks already regaining Gecko Moria synergy tools and Yellow recovering its removal suite, Pudding's continued presence would have pushed the meta to an unbalanced level of consistency. The competitive community had been calling for her ban alongside Rebecca, Gum-Gum Giant, and Enel for months.

The Six Unbanned Cards — What's Coming Back

The six cards returning to legal play are: Jinbe (OP07-045), Kingdom Come (EB01-059), Great Eruption (ST06-015), Moby Dick (OP02-024), Enies Lobby (OP03-098), and Ice Age (OP02-117).

Jinbe (OP07-045) — Previously banned for enabling aggressive multi-character turns in Blue Doflamingo and Boa Hancock. His ban directly weakened both leaders' ability to flood the board in a single turn. With Block 1 rotating out and the overall card pool shifting, Bandai feels the risk has dropped enough to bring him back.

Kingdom Come (EB01-059) — One of the most surprising bans when it landed, given it was a newer card at the time. Its removal left Yellow Enel and Black/Yellow Luffy without reliable board answers. Its return hands those archetypes their win condition removal back.

Ice Age (OP02-117) — Could wipe out entire enemy boards for a single DON!!, making it extraordinarily efficient at its peak. With Block 1 rotating and its key combo pieces leaving Standard legality, it's significantly less dangerous now.

Great Eruption (ST06-015) — Its ability to draw a card, reduce cost, and trigger punishment made it a fan-favorite. Its return benefits Smoker decks most directly.

Moby Dick (OP02-024) & Enies Lobby (OP03-098) — Both return alongside Block 1's rotation, which removes the specific combos that made these cards problematic in the first place.

Block 1 Rotation: The Bigger Context

Starting April 2026, Block 1 (OP01–OP04) rotates out of Standard format, with Block 2 becoming the oldest legal block. Block 3 and Block 4 remain fully legal.

An "Extra Regulation" format will allow all blocks, and locals may run either format depending on their player base. If you own older cards, they're not gone — just moved to a different competitive lane.

Do Block 1 cards unbanned in April 2026 work in Standard format?

Cards like Ice Age and Moby Dick are unbanned but also rotate out of Standard. They remain fully legal in Extra Regulation and Eternal formats.
